Evan Sinclair studied law at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, receiving American and Canadian law degrees. Evan’s passion for criminal law was solidified after spending a semester as a student attorney working for the Detroit Mercy Criminal Legal Clinic. Evan knew that he wanted to continue assisting individuals who have been charged with criminal offences, and has done so first as an articling student, and now as a lawyer with Mass Tsang LLP. Evan strives to help clients achieve their desired outcomes, either through negotiations with the Crown’s office, or taking matters to trial and fighting for his clients’ rights. Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending his free time on the golf course or in the rink and is a hopelessly optimistic Toronto Maple Leafs fan.
